Joe Amadee III  –  Vice President of Operations


Mr. Amadee has thirty one years of experience in leading people and executing projects in both the government and the private sector. Mr. Amadee provides managerial, programmatic, and technical expertise necessary to successfully accomplish extremely challenging and complex projects.


Mr. Amadee has worked and consulted for companies in both the private sector and the Federal Government including the US Army, US Air Force, US Navy, PepsiCo, Sysco Foods, Coca Cola Foods, Kraft Foods, Tyson Foods, Smithfield Foods, Premium Standard Farms and Pillsbury.

Mr. Amadee has a proven track record designing and implementing innovative solutions for industry and government. He conceived of the idea to use polyurethane foam insulation to spray the outside of tents and other temporary structures. His solutions have saved many millions of dollars and improved productivity in many diverse applications.

Mr. Amadee has been the Program Manager for the development of External Insulation of Temporary Structures (EITS) and other energy industry R&D projects. He has successfully managed and executed the EITS field operations in Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait, Djibouti and the United States. This project has resulted in over 100 million dollars of savings to the US Government and significantly reduced the exposure of delivering fuel in hostile environments.


Mr. Amadee has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is currently enrolled in the MBA program at Ashford University. His continuing education includes Deming Management Programs thru George Washington University and Logistics Management programs thru the University of Michigan.
